3 years of No Fap

I firsted started my no fap journey about three years ago. I decided to quit masturbation as a one month experiment.

That one month taught me a lifelong lesson. It was very hard, especially because I was talking to some female friends at the time, but I stayed strong and resisted all urges.

I ended up producing the best results of my life that month. I built my own website, started my youtube channel, and became one of the top sales reps in the world for a company I was working with at the time.

Since then I've tried all kinds of things to improve my performance, yet nothing has ever quite compared to the benefits I get from built up sexual energy.

Napoleon Hill talks about sexual energy as one of the keys to success in his book "Think and Grow Rich". By watching porn and masturbating you are wasting vital energy.

See energy is never lost, it is only transferred. Ancient philosophers knew this, and this is why in ancient Asian culture the warriors and monks refrained from orgasm, as measures to improve their focus and power.

Once you quit masturbating you will obviously get horny, but that energy will have to transfer somewhere. Instead of letting that energy waste into a napkin, allow that energy to be put to use by pursuing your dreams and passion.

I have slipped up several times over the past years, but I always get right back to the no fap lifestyle. The more I masturbate the lazier I feel, the less I masturbate the more energetic and powerful I feel.

I challenge any of you to go 30 days without masturbation and you will see the results for yourself of improved energy, reduced brain fog, and more strength.
