Saves a ton of time. 20 mins 3 times a week adds up to 48hrs on the year. I read a 250 pg book 4hrs. That means I can read an extra 12 book a year, or one book a month. You know how much better you can make yourself with an extra book a month?? The average human reads ONE book a year, don’t you want to be above average?

I see masturbation as a path to destruction via lack of self control. Me masturbating means I am settling for not making myself coveted by the opposite sex. Its a form of “quitting”. When players quit a game, the games structure suffers. When one reads books, works out and talks to the opposite sex and learns how to make themselves desirable, it does something to that person on the inside that compounds into a better path.

Porn creates the inverse of what I call “The Bachelor effect”. The Bachelor TV show paints this picture that every day and every date is supposed to be super lit! Helicopters, wineries, limo’s and floral arrangements galore. These dates are something that a regular guy would like to take a woman on, but he probably can’t sustain it. Woman see reality TV and Instagram and think that their life/relationship/situation should be better because that is all they see. Studies show that social media usage has a positive correlation to depression and anxiety.

With men, we watch porn, we think thats how most women are. We get a woman and are underwhelmed compared to what we see on our computer/iPhone screens. Now, since we have experienced what porn has to offer, and what a normal human woman has to offer, we go back to porn because its more stimulating. That creates the cycle of us always searching for something more and/or better.

When you do the update on your iPhone and it slows down you notice it right away. When you get a new iPhone you’re thinking “sheeeesh, I didnt know a fast phone wuz lyk dis!” When you watch enough “3 Hot latina milfs take turns on pool-boy” you start to become desensitized and think its the norm. So when you get back to reality of the slow iPhone (human), it can be underwhelming.

Also, when you give up on trying to get with women and take care of yourself for the night, it ruins the dynamic of the society we live in. Why do men make money, to be primitively seen as alpha for mating purposes. Why do men workout, same. Why do men dress nice, same. Why do men do anything productive, same. Just think if we didnt have the urge to mate. We wouldn’t be as industrious, jobs wouldn’t be created, we would all be overweight, we wouldnt dress well or care to filter anything. Have you ever played against someone who didnt care to win, its not really fun. You ever been playing basketball and someone gets mad and runs home with the only gameball?
