It is a pretty common thing for the ICO to count somehow the team experience. Nothing different made the NOIZ team. They summed up the number of years each team member worked in the advertisement market and the result they received, doubled the Eiffel tower age.
Andy Ann project CEO for 17 years works in digital media. Additionally, he is a founder and CEO of NDN Group dealing with the mobile advertisement. Moreover, he has been involved in multiple local and Silicon Valley fintech and business incubators like Google EYE, 500 Startups, Founders Institution, Entrepreneurs’ Organization and KPMG. What absolutely proves his capability to handle the NOIZ start-up.
The second person in the team is David Kang a CSO (Chief Strategic Officer) who has 15 years of experience in data analysis and market forecasting. David is a partner of several companies like NDN Group (Andy Ann CEO) and hedge fund XNInsight.
The marketing department consists beside David of:
Michelle Yau - Marketing Director
Michael Lopatniuk - Multimedia Manager
Connor Doyle - Marketing Technologist
Responsible for the brand and business development are:
Adam Turner - Head of Brand Development. Adam used to work for companies like General MIlls, Mars/Wrigley, Samworth Brothers and Greencore. Besides, he is a Director of Victual Consulting specialized in business advising.
Ryan Leung - Business Development Director, who previously worked for Emarsys and ChannelAdvisor and is now leading Business Development for NDN Group.
Another person worth to mention is Keith Chow - Chief Operations Officer, who has 14 years of experience in the digital media. Keith is a Co-founder and COO of Hotmob, the largest hybrid mobile marketplace in the APAC region, and Creator of Alcanzar, a scalable DSP that processes over billions of ad requests with proprietary prediction engines.
For the project development responsible is Kelvin Cheung who has more than 20 years of experience in the IT sphere. Kelvin has been an active blockchain investor and entrepreneur even before the involvement into the NOIZ chain project. The IT block is also supported by Wing Siu Creative & UX/UI Designer.

To sum up, the NOIZ chain team knows the advertisement and digital media market pretty well. These 300 years of experience is not a self-praise but the very real thing people can add to this project. Although the IT department seems to be very small what means either they use the outsourcing or they will hire some IT specialist.
