If I were vegan I'd have cubed avocados sprinkled with Caprylic Acid and some sea salt... Mmm, that sounds real good right now!

That does sound interesting. I'd sprinkle some spices on top. How much CA would you sprinkle on 1 avocado, say?

Oh ya, spices sound good! Like Cayenne... What would you use?

I'd probably pour around a tablespoon on a single avocado.

For a savoury breakfast perhaps a little chipotle powder, lemon juice, garlic and some spring onion. I'll have to experiment and see if this works!
