UNICEF (United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund) an organization that helps children in need worldwide. Most of these children that are being helped are currently in Syria and broad Africa. UNICEF is a nonprofit and provides basic life necessity such as food and even access to education. Long story short UNICEF is a cool helpful organization.

UNICEF has started a charity drive for Syrian children, targeting PC gamers as donators. They asked PC gamers to use their computers to mine Ethereum and donate the Ethereum to UNICEF. This is a genuinely good cause and a good use of cryptocurrency and computer power. Furthermore, this is extremely good publicity for cryptocurrency as a whole.
