I am not looking for earnings or upvotes although comments will be appreciated.
For those of you who do not know me I am a recording artist in the electronic lounge/chillout genres and I live in The Bronx in NYC.
I earn very meager compensation these days on Steemit and am putting how small they are to a good use that I could not afford before. Earning an education of non-violent strategies and philosophies at Tibet House here in NYC, the US home of the H. H. the Dalai Lama.
Not that this guy, the Dalai Lama, is better than anyone or perfect. He is experienced, knowledgeable and ready to throw out his beliefs at any time based on science.
The series is the Science of Buddhism and I will report back on what I am learning. I am an atheist.

I knew we had more than a few things in common... I spent some and practice at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center, in Chelsea. The woman that taught me Yoga and the one I did my teachers training with was apart of the same center.., and we met in Los Angeles(weird). My Dad was from the Bronx (Pelham Bay) and Im right in Hells Kitchen. Glad to hear you will be spending time at Tibet House!

I am not expecting much on monetary rewards too but commenting in this platform irritates me a lot. I cannot comment even if I want to because I need more powers something ... Grrrrrr I prefer to stay on myLot :-D
Anyway, Buddhism is not common in my country Philippines. 🙂
