Mie caluk tradisional aceh

Aceh is known for its provinces rich in both food and cuisine culture. one of the aceh noodle products traded traditionally is mie caluk. noodles are traditionally denied by a noodle expert who is diaceh. this noodle can only get in certain day only day every week, like wednesday or sunday.

Aceh dikenal dengan provinsi yang kaya dengan budaya baik makanan maupun masakan. salah satu mie produk aceh yang di perdagangkan secara tradisional adalah mie caluk. mie tersebur dproses secara tradisional oleh pakar mie yang ada diaceh. mie ini hanya bisa di dapatkan haru hari tertentu saja setiap minggu, seperti hari rabu ataupun hari pekan.

the uniqueness of this noodle is better eaten directly by hand than using a spoon and fork, because the noodle is called a special name noodles caluk.

keunikan dari mie ini lebih enak dimakan langsung menggunakan tangan dibandingkan menggunakan sendok dan garpu, oleh karena mie tersebut dusebut dengan nama khusus mie caluk.
