Nord Stream 2 investors pledge to meet their commitments despite renewed threats of US sanctions

This project is too important to Europe to cancel it.

However DCs continued disruption of it and complete hostility towards Europe regarding it will further drive Europe away from DC. Possibly confirming "mainland Europe" (ex UK) as pivoting east. If Europe, or those parts of Europe who have not yet tied themselves to DC, do pivot east, this will bode well for their future.
