Delicious Salad! - Fast Health Food!

Made this beauty for afternoon food and lunch tomorrow with Chicken, Guacamole, Lentils, Leafs, Red Onion, Alfalfa sprouts, Kalamata Olives, Feta cheese and Sprinkled some Maldon Sea salt and Olive oil, aand Herbs - Spices.

A salad doesn't have to take long time to make. Just Chop some Veggies - Add Oil and Spices. Try out cooking som Quinoa instead of lentils too. Add some Boiled Eggs :) Full Meal :) - Happy Tummy 15 minute meal. Dinner & Lunch tomorrow :)

Yes! Broccoli sprouts are likely the best ones. Very anti-cancer due to the sulforaphane.
