Insane difference in price on Coinbase and Poloniex!

POLONIEX: $15.000 right now

COINBASE: $15.950 right now

Isnt that insane?
Anyone know the reasons for this? I understand there would always be some small difference, but almost $1000 is a lot?
Isnt it?

On another note: WOW! BTC passed $15K!!!! :)

    If buying on coinbase with a card you then have to add on the fees so you'd be paying over 16k per bitcoin.
