Where to go in a Hot air balloon?

The "simplest" way for us humans to fulfill our dream of flying became available in 1783 when Jean-Francois Pilatre de Rozier stepped into his new creation. He reached a staggering altitude of 26 meters.
For earthbound creatures like humans, than is an awesome accomplishment.
If you could select one place on earth to see from an hot air balloon, where would it be?
