Mixing herbs is fun, so many different good smells.
First time making curry powder, mixed two recipes and got quite satisfied with the result. I have alot of herbs in the kitchen shelf, so why not mix them together 👌
Then I make fried squash in curry sauce with coconut pieces. Served with boiled rice with paprika powder for color and flavor and cumin seeds. And some cale salad in the side.
