Did you go for a walk? Give sometime with your self?

Friends, family and colleagues are very important in our life, we love to go out with them, love to spend quality times with them and to go for a night out with them, but what I want to say is that there are sometimes that we need some quality time to spend with ourself.

Saying that we feel that we sometime need to make a decision so we need to make deep thinking by spending time with ourself alone, a time away from everyone, we sometimes need to read book watch movie or write a diary this means that we are respecting ourselves and giving chance to our mind body to relax and to make the right decision.

One of the enjoyable things I do is go for a walk, see the nature.. Norwegians says “Go for a walk and never get mad” This is my opinion and you may think differently we all have different opinions.
