Beautiful granite rocks, ocean waves and full speed boats are some of the features that characterise the environment west of Bømlo.
And when cormorants, seagulls and other seabirds appear in the landscape, it is especially pleasant out here by the sea.

Great pictures and nature, my friend @Siggjo. As a child, when I came to the sea, I liked to sit on a rock, in the sea, wind the fishing line on my finger, and wait for the fish to bite. This is an incredible feeling when you feel with your skin the whole process of fishing.
These pictures reminded me that the day after tomorrow I would see the sea. I will have a few free hours before the train arrives in Odessa, I hope that I will have time to take some pictures.

The story you tell @Barski is similar to my memories of being a little boy.
Then my brothers and I had a small rod made of a natural twig. We often had other friends with us on such fishing trips. On these simple fishing rods, we attached a fishing line and a fishing hook.
Then we suited the hook with bait.
When we fished this way, we could see when the small fish were hunting the bait. When the fish grazed the bait, we could raise the rod quickly and get the fish on land.
A wonderful experience.
