Well howdy there !? Long time no see . I'm here. I've taken up running and try to run 3-6 times a week. My pace is medium. And I run middle distance . Also I'm losing weight and gaining aerobic capacity . Running is very rewarding. Also the new GPS tech allows one to pace himself. If all goes well,I stay injury free I may just run faster than I ran 10 years ago in school someday. Also my long term goal is to run a half marathon and a few 10k s along the way. Running also helps with my early morning kickstart. It really helps you empty your tank mentally so that you can focus on the day and not be jittery with excess unspent energy. One feels calm and relaxed and there is a spring in one's step. It provides a sense of accomplishment and the results are immediate. It is important to be honest with oneself though in every run. Running is like philosophy. There is much to learn
It makes one wonder.
