Is it a surprise? No No No No!!
For me the moment I heard thatAlexis Sanchez had made up his mind about his future while he was at the confederations cup, I knew that he was leaving Arsenal.
And there's also no surprise that Arsenal are starting to spend money on the likes of Alexandre Lacazette and a potential move for Thomas Lemar because they know that they will recoup most of the money from the sale of Sanchez.
If Alexis was staying it would've been announced by now, and I repeat that I hope I'm wrong as I would like him to stay, but the reality is that he's not happy at Arsenal and he wants to challenge for the highest club honours.
Arsenal are willing to accept a offer of £80M for Alexis so the ball is now in Manchester City's court as the negotiations are ready to get underway.
80mil is a good return for a player in the final year of hs contract. I still dont think he should be sold to a premier league club. If Hazard leaves Chelsea he is the only player that could replace him.

Since Alexis does not feel like in Arsenal, he must take on new airs.

As much as I would like him to stay, I believe that the 80mil is a good return for the club.
