The delegations that are being pulled right now are to accounts that either don't need them to function any longer, have established themselves, or are abandoned.
If anyone runs into issues due to that just let me know and I'll redelegate.
Once the delegations return they'll be redistributed to onboarded users, phishing victims, free community projects (trying to convince me to delegate to a scam is a waste of yours and my time), bandwidth-stuck, etc.

If you need to undelegate to whatever scam account the hackers delegated your SP to, use this link and change where it says "youraccounthere" and "scamaccounthere". Undelegating is redelegating with zero vests.
