King Solomon, EOS.IO and a Greek boy.

When a young boy, i was impressed with this little story about king Salomon and his decision to split this baby that those two women were both claiming as theirs, in half. One of the two women agreed to take her half, the other preferred to drop her claim.
I have been trying to figure out if Eos is actually proposing something new in the world of proof-of stake based consensus protocol systems. I am just another guy that got into these new blockchain stuff some months ago (btw in Greece, almost no one knows what a blockchain is). Anyway, trying to do so, could not avoid noticing that Eos team is not what we would call 'friendly' towards the Ethereum project. But who cares about semiotics? The protocols is what i should care about. So i'm gonna continue my studies. In the meantime though, i must say that like in soccer, the Eos official youtube channel is been given a yellow card by me. Why? You guys cannot post an article under the title 'Does Freedom Require Radical Transparency or Radical Privacy?'(https://steemit.com/eos/@dan/does-freedom-require-radical-transparency-or-radical-privacy) and at the same time DISABLE ALL COMMENTS ON YOUR OFFICIAL YOUTUBE CHANNEL!
