Petr Kellner. the richest man in CEE bought Nova TV

The news just arrived. Nova TV has a new owner. Petr Kellner has been contemplated an acquisition of Bulgaria's second largest telco - Telenor. It is still unclear whether the deal has a political underpinning and Kellner's long time partner - the Russian VTB plays a role.
