We thought it would be cool and helpful to redux some of our most popular rants. Double Alphas Rising, or something like that, is the most popular episode (Rumble) on any platform. It was certainly the title that drew the viewers and a lot of them probably regretted watching it. Ha ha. I have some peculiar ideas about psychologically designated groups.
We're also going to include the four parts, (in four days) starting today of the Fibonacci Secrets Rebooted series. It's more fascinating than exciting. And it may feel like being in school. I think that there are more secrets to dis-cover. I can imagine redoing this series several times until I get it to a point where it's compelling, exciting and complete, (in that I've located all of the connections, patterns and sequences within sequences of this Fibonacci stuff.

YouTube: [The Gymmy Jamm Season 10] Functional Fall. Deadlifting is still a thing, however we sustained what we deemed a nerve injury that we are still recovering from. (We know the difference between nerve ache & muscle soreness, we think.) Our Autumn plan is for more dynamic movement, rotation, jump training, body weight work. Still working towards strength & power via lifting, but also isometric holds, balance, dead hangs, and various assisted moves. Still working towards, muscle ups, plange, front lever, pistol squats and a few more gymnastic moves. The work is beneficial even if it takes us "forever" to hit those moves. I can feel some dormant muscles activate upon attempting various moves & positions.
