I Am That I Am

As promised we are breaking down the top seven truths of Noxsoma Life Camp. It was this year, Apocalypse Year, when the truth was revealed (the meaning of "apocalypse") to your humble vagabond. These truths were right in front of my face the whole time. Truth is divine; that is, it's truth beyond language. When it is reduced, or refined, into language, it remains true. Divine truth does not rely on perspective, or opinion. It's immutable and is truth from all directions.

We exist, with our divine selves, in the divine world. The world of truth, (and other divine elements). We exist on the material plane in our material vessels, which are subject to all the restrictions of the realm.

Speaking of the material realm, we hit the gym on the regular because we know some of the rules of this realm and the necessity of crafting a strong, durable and efficient vessel. We share this process with our favorite viewers.

YouTube: [The Gymmy Jamm Season 10] Functional Fall. Deadlifting is still a thing, however we sustained what we deemed a nerve injury that we are still recovering from. (We know the difference between nerve ache & muscle soreness, we think.) Our Autumn plan is for more dynamic movement, rotation, jump training, body weight work. Still working towards strength & power via lifting, but also isometric holds, balance, dead hangs, and various assisted moves. Still working towards, muscle ups, plange, front lever, pistol squats and a few more gymnastic moves. The work is beneficial even if it takes us "forever" to hit those moves. I can feel some dormant muscles activate upon attempting various moves & positions.
