Veterans Day Salute
Salutations Veterans. It's another day above ground. I don't think as much as I used to about the different generations of military vets out there and the differences in our experiences. There are very few WW2 or Korean War vets on the earth. If you happen to be one of them, salutes to you. More Vietnam vets, I suppose. My favorites, because these were the cats who taught me, not only in the field but afterwards as well. It was better when I joined the ranks of veterans than when I was enlisted because that generation gap was stark!! But these are stories for other times. Which is a way of saying, these other times might not ever arrive.

So, I'm walking down the street talkin' yang into this thang, as usual, and Universe pops into Mind and starts telling me that maybe humans are changing back to what we're supposed to be, but we're interpreting it as "evolution." But I didn't have the space to put the entire rant into this episode. But it's done. Maybe I'll get to it this weekend. [SUBSCRIBE.]
Today's Park Session will be over explained as usual, however we had enough time, energy and privacy to set up the cammie and record some demos. This way you can actually see some of the moves I've been practicing, besides the pull ups and dips.
One of these days I'm going to muscle up over the bar, pistol squat, plange, one arm pull ups and other goodies. (or not.) Nonetheless, ya gotta have goals. So enjoy that and don't fret if you miss it, because I'll be running these clips for a year easily. Ha ha. (Unless I fulfill my idea, which I mention in this episode.)

YouTube: [The Gymmy Jamm Season 10] Functional Fall. Deadlifting is still a thing, however we sustained what we deemed a nerve injury that we are still recovering from. (We know the difference between nerve ache & muscle soreness, we think.) Our Autumn plan is for more dynamic movement, rotation, jump training, body weight work. Still working towards strength & power via lifting, but also isometric holds, balance, dead hangs, and various assisted moves. Still working towards, muscle ups, plange, front lever, pistol squats and a few more gymnastic moves. The work is beneficial even if it takes us "forever" to hit those moves. I can feel some dormant muscles activate upon attempting various moves & positions.
