The NSA has so far been watching us, and now we can look at what the intelligence agency has done so far in recent years.
The agency has opened a GitHub account and has released several code repositories within the NSA Technology Transfer Program. So far they have thrown up 32 projects, although some of them have only been announced and are due to appear soon. Some are not new. As has been available for some time now, SELinux, which is part of the Linux kernel.
The decision to create such a being on GitHub may have several reasons. The most engaging is engaging users in projects to improve the image of Edward Snoweden and find new talents.

That's nauseating unless it's Onion-style satire. What's scarier is that there are people who will actually clone those repos. What could go wrong?
