Daily Routine Plan

I woke up to get my day started so I went to get some breakfast was Bear Naked cereal, cut up bananas and along with some eggs good protein (: 3E6D14E7-405E-4854-83ED-DFEA8E823B91.jpeg
I’ve never tried this kind of cereal before but now I just starting to love the taste of it yummy(; I learned from someone how to make eggs in a container like a bowl of some kind to get the protein from it. I’m really happy how my workouts have paid off .. I have days when I recover my body to let it rest to get ready for another day of training.

Today I got to work on my calves. I did some calves raises. I’m still working on it . I want my calves to be strong and defined. Someone told me that hiking is good for your calves it helps . I’ve done hiking before but want to do it again someday (:19245F8B-F426-49B1-A7AF-5CA70B6883EA.jpeg

I don't eat much of junk food anymore,.. more of healthy choices now. Its okay to have sweets every now and then but not all the time. But for my diet is more vegetables, meat more of protein.
