I just saw your first post before, the commenter did not go about that in the right way. I reverse image searched your pictures and don't find anything, so I don't think there's a huge concern, but it might help to get more votes if you include a piece of paper which says something like "@lovelylaurence, Steemit" on it.
Other bloggers have done this and been successful, like @azzurra92

But it is also common that people steal the identity of others in order to profit, that's why sometimes we get a bit overbearing when it comes to identity, such as in this case when it was all stolen from years old blog posts:
