On today's episodes of Political Porno we discuss crappy trade deals [like, they all suck huh?] plus the US taking the power back and making their own broadband internet! HECK YES!
Also titty shaking in a violent way to let off steam at how dumb stuff is getting...

This might be the most amazing thing I have ever seen. As a political junky this is one of the more unique ways I have seen it presented. You definitely make it fun. Followed and upvoted

Something I've (thus far) only seen Secular Talk (with Kyle Kulinski) talk about is events like the one where US and Russian planes almost crashed into each other, near Russian territory, while much of the media is fear-mongering about Russia for all the wrong reasons, more and more irresponsible things are going on (and rarely talked about) that might actually cause a war.

I like Kyle..sometimes he's a bit too..eager to support the current system in place [a la our more establishment approved pundits like John Oliver and Trevor Noah] but he's still pretty solid most of the time lol. I mean he's not @leecamp but you know he ain't bad =D

I like that he (Kyle) calls out both sides for fear-mongering and warmongering, basically making things worse while the military industrial complex makes more money...
He (Kyle) is affiliated with the Young Turks, but way better than the Young Turks.
I used to enjoy Jon Oliver, Trevor Noah, and Colbert, but I found they became (I wish I had a more creative expression) too full of crap to be entertaining anymore.
At first I felt Larry Wilmore the first of them to be too polarized to be entertaining, but before he was cancelled I found the rest of them had degenerated to a worse place than he was at, I'm not sure I can explain it, but while it was clear he hated the orange Buffoon, there was at least a sign he was a little conscious of the awkward fact that the candidate on the other side was a sell out and proven war monger.
I remember loosing interest in Colbert, partly because I felt he was more suited for his older job, and partly because I also felt Letterman was better at Colbert's current job, but also I felt a detachment from his political humor.
With a buffoon like Trump in the news it should have been easy for Colbert to continue making fun of him in a way that was entertaining, but I became apathetic with how Colbert handled the whole thing, I think the tipping point for me was when Trump made negative comments about the Oreo factory moving to Mexico, and when Colbert reacted he ignored the fact it was an issue that cost American workers jobs, so a company could take advantage of crappier labor laws in Mexico, and Colbert just seemed to mock Trump for bringing up the issue.
Granted I don't think Trump is suited to handle the problem, but it annoyed me when Colbert came off like he was just mocking him for complaining about the loss of jobs.
Most of the late night hosts degenerated into Trump hysteria, they no longer seemed to care what they said as long as it was anti-Trump, and again I don't think Trump was great or good or even acceptable, but the disapproval of him was usually vacuous hype.
I used to really like Bill Maher, I find it hard to completely hate him, because how much I enjoyed him (long ago) on politically incorrect, a favorite moment of mine was him pissing people off when he spoke out in favor of animal rights, with a higher standard than the guests that were on his show, and after that (over the years) I continued to like a lot of what he had to say... but the last little bit I have found Bill Maher has degenerated into the same mindless polarized hypocrisy as the other late night hosts.
Anyway, that's enough rambling about Late Night TV hosts, I've been enjoying your show, keep up the good work!

ya the mainstream establishment "left" is really pussying out in short XD I agree i once adored John Oliver ["he's a british man!"] buut i began to find the comedy too stale...they didn't push the boundaries enough.and when I wisely looked into who signs their checks..it alll maddeee sense....>>
And yes all the Trump hysteria is gross. He's clearly a scapegoat and meant to distract so focusing on him is a good way to avoid talking about real shit [as you pointed out with the Mexico Oreo factory issue and his lack of real coverage, instead choosing to again. mock the scapegoat. That's what he's there for!><]

I agree about John Oliver, I thought he did a good job as guest host of the Daily Show years ago, but more recently I found his stuff weak.
I used to enjoy Samantha Bee, but when she got her own show I rarely found her interesting or informative, I thought she did one very good episode where she talked about how immigration in the U.S. was very closely vetted and that the right was just fear-mongering on the idea of letting terrorists in. But other than that I just stopped watching because she seemed to degenerate into Social Justice Warrior nonsense and the same hype all the other Late Night shows did.
And then there is Rob Riggle, oh wait, I always hated Rob Riggle... The best reason I could come up with Rob Riggle being on The Daily Show probably would come off like a crazy conspiracy theory. But, at least I can say my opinion of Rob Riggle has held up over the years, because I never liked him.
