The sea in winter.

Hello to all dear friends.

We admire the sea in all seasons, but in winter it has a particular charm.

It has within the forces that attract our soul, our emotions.

The watercolor painting I present today is part of a series on seascapes in winter.

Many of you know that the sea is my passion, the element of nature that I prefer for my paintings.

Almost always they are subjects that I invent, taking inspiration from trips or memories of books read.

This subject is the pictorial representation of my ideal sea.

Moved, with the regular and one-way wave, towards the shore.

Inside the composition I painted a coastal tower on a small headland.

The tower is very small in proportions, to give prominence and strength to the swell and persistence of cloudy bodies in the sky.

Forces of nature that take on greatness compared to the signs of men.

The slight contour of light houses on top of the mountain increases the sense of grandeur of the landscape.

Everything becomes small compared to the immensity of the sea and the size of the cloudy sky.

Il mare in inverno.

Ciao a tutti cari amici.

Noi ammiriamo il mare in tutte le stagioni, ma in inverno esso ha un fascino particolare.

Ha dentro le forze che attirano il nostro animo, le nostre emozioni.

Il dipinto ad acquarello che vi presento oggi è parte di una serie sui paesaggi marini in inverno.

Molti di voi sanno che il mare è la mia passione, l'elemento della natura che preferisco per i miei dipinti.

Quasi sempre sono soggetti che invento, prendendo spunto da viaggi o memorie di libri letti.

Questo soggetto è la rappresentazione pittorica del mio mare ideale.

Mosso, con il moto ondoso regolare e unidirezionale, verso la riva.

All'interno della composizione ho dipinto una torre costiera su un piccolo promontorio.

La torre è molto piccola nelle proporzioni, per dare risalto e forza al moto ondoso e alla persistenza dei corpi nuvolosi nel cielo.

Forze della natura che assumono grandezza rispetto ai segni degli uomini.

Il leggero contorno di case chiare sulla sommità della montagna aumenta il senso di grandezza del paesaggio.

Tutto diventa piccolo rispetto all'immensità del mare e alla grandezza del cielo nuvoloso.

Condivido altri paesaggi marini dove si evince la forza della natura.

Spero che il mio acquarello vi piaccia e vi abbraccio dall'immensità del mare.
