I have been busy doing other things that consumes all my free time.
I show here in order: Final piece, a FAIL piece (i'll explain), initial sketch, Line art, flat colors 1, flat colors 2.
A chinese man wanted me to make 4 pieces like of these bears like traveling around hong kong. For now I'll show one piece because this was the most problematic. This man wanted a look for these pieces like my previous piece "bunny with a crown" -> https://www.ntopaz.com/artwork/14722 (click to watch it) but he wanted the pieces to be done in digital instead of traditional; idk how in his brain that have sense, but ok, that is part my job, these kind of challenges. the bunny with a crown was done with color pencils and watercolors
Anyway, the thing is, following his wishes, I tried to make the traditional coloring book in the same way I do in paper but instead in digital; the result is image 2, a complete failure. I had a nervous crisis after that thing.
After that, I re try again with a different method and it turned out in the first pic.

I really like the final result! The colours are nicely painted and the bear couple has very lovely body languages on each of them, conveying that they are enjoying their time in Hong Kong :D The detailing of the buildings are nicely painted, as well <3

The second picture actually looks like a progress picture of the first one so if you wouldn't say it was your failed attempt I wouldn't know it :)
