As i am shorting my older artworks and getting them ready for presentation at the blockchain i discovered that i have a thing for triptychs. I ve made a lot of them and this is one more. This time my inspiration was a photograph of myself from my kindergarten year, i was a cute kid back then, lol. I played around with the photo and later decided to make three artworks each one with is own set of symbolism. For Imagination i chose a night theme with Moon as the main focus along with lesser symbolism like the wolves and running water. For Power the Sun and the catastrophic power of a nuclear explosion and finally for Creativity a theme of nature with Earth in the center.
Imagination.

All three artworks are handcut collages, 40/30 cm in dimension and made from 110gr prints, cut and pasted on a black cardboard with a stick glue.

You turned yourself into a really cool tryptych ! Great symbolism and I like the design ideas of the Moon, the Sun and the Earth in between :D There's something about the Trinity of things, as they say :)

I liked it and i enjoyed making it, i just wish the photo was better resolution. Trinity is very high in symbolism and so common, but in my opinion a very usefull tool to express an idea if you are not very sure about what you want to do. The challenge is to find similar. opposite , related visual symbols and combine them, If it is successful it can work as a poem also:)
