Good evening Steemit community!!!

This is my first entry to the "Christmas Art" contest promoted by the nTopaz platform.

I took the picture in the Plaza de Ribadavia (Ourense-Spain).

Rivadavia is a small town located in the province of Ourense. Its old streets are built in stone, that is something that makes us feel nostalgic while reflecting its natural beauty.

To take the picture I used a Nikon D7000, an Af Nikkor 18-105mm f / 3.5-5.6 VR lens and a tripod. The exposure time has been 8 s ISO 100 @ f/11.

    Que belleza, que suerte la tuya e estarcerca de ese lugar. lo raro es que no se ve una persona, sera qe era muy tarde, es algo no se que no tiene explicación o s la tiene. A la vez tambien me pareció como esas escenografia de peliculas del viejo oeste.

    Hola @zhanavic69 efectivamente, no se ven personas en la imagen, pero tiene una sencilla explicación... hacía mucho frio y la gente estaba dentro de las cafeterías, esa es la primera razón...
    La segunda razón es un poco mas "científica":) ... En las fotografías de larga exposición, las personas que pasan caminando practicamente no aparecen en la imagen, a veces ocurre que se aprecia alguna silueta si la exposición no es muy larga o el sujeto está muy iluminado. A esos barridos se les conoce como efecto fantasma en las fotografías... Espero que haya aclarado tus dudas.
