One photo, two story

"Tell's a story, have a message about our larger culture.

layered images, complexity to produce food for thought (Don't simply take a photo of trash, give it some context or mystery)."

To me this is a picture of a coconut stand. Id love to see a bit more character
imbued into the image. for example your description is nice but it doesn't matter to me. If you found a way to layer in the ideas of the description to be more evident in the photo then maybe it would be closer to fitting into the contest.

I don't mean to say it's a bad photo, it's just not really of the spirit or really along the guidelines I provided. However I acknowledged this is partly a cultural thing, and that there could be more subtly in there that I am not picking up. I also acknowledge that the rules and guidelines that I wrote may not be descriptive enough, as i've been receiving lots of posts that aren't quite doing it for me.

I appreciate that you went out and took photos specifically for this contest, i hope i wasn't too discouraging, thanks for asking for more info and fighting back on it, i like the photo a bit more after spending some time with it! Please keep taking more photos and submit more to this contest if you like.
