WITCH DRAWING AND SOME CURIOSITIES ABOUT THESE #drawing #art #witches

WELCOME ONCE MORE!

Today I have prepared a drawing which I have made taking a great reference image, as is the classic style, and among my favorites, new school, where you see the image of a witch flying on her broom with a large background behind her.

Then among my points to highlight, is what would be to inform those who read my post, everything related to the film, the figures, characters or other elements that are represented in my work.

WITCHES

Link

Witches are women who practice witchcraft. The witches are frequent presonajes in the contemporary imagination, and that has lasted in history due to the movies, stories, novels, as well as also some popular festivals such as Halloween and their special masks.

Witchcraft was not applied only by women, although the defendants were usually women, because of discrimination, and bad ideas about the female gender, sorcerers or also known as sorcerers, existed.

Women were accused of being witches without any real proof, the reasons why they were condemned was to see them in strange and strange situations, as well as marks or spots on the skin that were considered as marks or signs of the devil.

The existence of the witches was confirmed by Pope Innocent VIII. They were accused of crimes, such as being against marriages and births and also murder.

Between the years 1480 and 1750 and North America and Europe the witch hunt was carried out, where around 40 thousand and 60 thousand people died. The tests were usually birthmarks. However, they did it sometimes to take advantage of the women since they had to undress and examine them.

Materials.

Cardboard or sheet paper size letter
Pencil 2H.
Colors.
Thin and thick black marker

On the other hand I have taken some photos through your process that I will present below...

1

I started with the realization of the sketch where the witch represents and the background in this, where you see a haunted mansion, other witches, big trees and small tombs, behind the protagonist character in this work.

2

Continuously I began to make the outline with a fine tip marker or pen and also color the face of this witch.

3

Then continue coloring this.

4

After the above color part of the broom and body of this witch.

Result

To finish, color the grass, the sky, the mansion and other details that may be noticed.
