You don't need to wait for other people's reactions to do your own thing. It's your art and your style. People will like it or not but you just gotta do the stuff that makes you think you're growing.
The truth is, in this ocean of account posting for attention, nobody consumes content when everybody's posting for attention. Ignore the competition and just post what you want to post.
