Suddenly, I became inquisitive about the nursing field.
making a nurse' work schedule is sometimes the work of the top nurse. (This was usually the case till 2002, after I worked.) If it' not the head nurse, the chief nurse makes the schedule. Authority of the head nurse? If I had to say 2 of them, i believe it might be creating a piece schedule and choosing a nurse to transport a rotation. Is it smart for a nurse whom the head nurse likes? There are some regular nurses who provide you with a timesheet and think they don't rotate.
thus, by the way..... In foreign countries, there are places where nurses work schedules are laptopized. This automation implies that the timesheet is generated by computer programming, not by the top nurse. Is there anywhere in Korea where a nurse' work schedule is made by computer programming? Since there are such a large amount of nurses within the hospital room or medical aid unit, it might be terribly troublesome to fill it out by hand, thus some hospitals appear to own a processed schedule...
So what I'm speculative is,
however is the nurse worksheet completed?
What do general nurses think about once making a nurse work schedule?
etc
