After 16 hours of nursing duty from 4 o'clock in the afternoon to 8 o'clock in the morning, my reward to myself is to relax and sleep at my bed for almost all day. I have a headache after each duty due to lack of sleep yesterday before I went to work. I took a 15minutes nap after delegating some of my patients to ky coworkers. we do that it to everyone aoso that each of is can have a break and nap so that we can give quality service and care to oir patient, because if we are drowsy while giving medication we can make mistakes without knowing it. A power nap is needed if you are working the whole night.
I will need another power tomorrow for my 24hours duty
