Today we will talk about creatine and how it is the best.
Creatine generates more atp in ur body that will give u a little push for example if u are lifting 40 kg benchpress then u can lift 45 kgs but creatine need some days to act in ur body as it makes molecules with water.
Your body makes only 0.25 g creatine for ur body parts movement.
Till 20 gram creatine supplement is safe but i suggest u not to go above 10gm i personally use 5 grams after post workout
