What is the treatment of inactivity
Often people may feel tired, tired, tired and unable to perform tasks and daily functions, but some people may become idle for long periods, and this idle for a particular cause or disease, what are the symptoms of inactivity? How do you get rid of it?
Symptoms of inactivity
Some of the symptoms may appear on the person with a disability:

• Sometimes it may be accompanied by constipation.
• High or low blood pressure.
Ways to get rid of inactivity
• Exercising continuously; sport activates blood circulation in the body.
• Stay away from eating fatty foods and ready meals that cause inactivity and laziness.
• Adequate sleep; proper sleep increases the ability to perform functions and tasks normally.
• Stay away from psychological stress that may cause depression, which in turn causes inactivity, and unwillingness to do any of the different activities.
• Working on taking a cold shower and keeping away from using hot water when bathing; it causes laziness and desire to sleep, while cold water activates the blood vessels and thus increase activity and vitality.
• Focusing on breakfast rich in protein and carbohydrate; it provides the body with the energy necessary for the beginning of the day.
• Drink coffee in which caffeine is found to be a natural stimulant.
• Stay away from excess weight, obesity works on laziness, inability to move, and exercise daily routine.
• Drinking large amounts of water, studies have shown that lack of fluid in the body leads to feeling numbness, laziness and tension.
• Studies have shown that ablution works to massage different body organs and thus eliminate laziness and inactivity.
• Some foods and drinks that increase activity and reduce laziness and laziness can be taken.
Foods that reduce laziness and laziness
• Eat a glass of milk every morning; it works to energize the body with its valuable nutrients.

The hardest thing in the laziness, is the starting point to get rid of it.
I mean, my brain know that I should do some sport, but the most difficult part, I believe, is to start doing it.
And that's the main problem of lazy people like me, we want to do a lot of amazing stuff, but we never start :p
