Cada día procuro consumir agua tibia con limón en ayuna para fortalecer :
- El sistema inmunologíco
- Energía para poder cumplir nuestras actividades
*Al consumirse el limón se convierte en alcalino y es depurativo para el colón evitando así enfermedades intestinales
*Acelera el transito intestinal conllevando a erradicar el estreñimiento.
