Hope everyone is having a great Tuesday afternoon. If you are not familiar with the green-colored superfood, now would be a good time to get acquainted.

Spirulina is a "microalgae" that has been hailed as a nutritional superfood that can treat everything from heart problems to mental and emotional disorders.

It's also perfect for your Post-Workout due its rich Iron and easily absorbable Protein content.

Don't just take my word for it, do some research yourself. I personally add this to my daily smoothie routine.
