Hello everyone, Happy Thursday!! Today I am going to talk to you a little about my favorite exercise RUNNING!
BENEFITS:
Improves circulation and prevents cardiovascular diseases, prevents arteriosclerosis and increases the elasticity of the heart walls, which helps to reduce the Arterial Pressure.
Delays lung aging, increases gaseous exchange in the lungs, reduces the size and resistance of the respiratory system
Relieves stress, anguish and worries, from the head for the time you decide to jog, because when we jog we release endorphins, which make us happy
Helps maintain bones, muscle, ligament and tendons healthy, as it stimulates strength and elasticity.
HOW TO START?
The first thing you have to do is go outside, walk or jog around the block or the urbanization or go to the park, no matter if it's 5 or 10 or 30 minutes, the important thing is that you leave your house and be active.
Make your schedule, start 2 times per week 10 minutes, and then go to a measure that your body asks you.
IMPORTANT:
Do not worry if you only last 2 minutes running, in my next posts I will be revealing tricks of how we can increase our Cardiorespiratory capacity.
Do not demand too much, your body needs to rest.
If you are running and you feel that you are drowning, reduce the intensity but NEVER stop suddenly, always walk a little before stopping.
Stretch a little before starting: legs, arms and back.
HYDRATE, this is very important.
Without excuses! Go Running because it provokes you, not because they force you.
