Food allergies

Does anyone else wonder why so
many people are now suddenly "allergic" or "intollerant" to gluten. What about peanuts?? It seems every second person i meet now has an "allergy" to particularly these 2 ingredients whereas growing up i knew 2 people in my whole network and my parents network who had any kind of allergy or intollerance to food.
This specific article may not relate to australia, NZ or the UK directly but i believe there is something that is added to our wheat and peanuts and other foods as well which give us these "allergies". They are called toxins which are sprayed on our foods.
It's interesting that i meet people who can not eat bread and pasta but can drink beer (the wheat used to make beer is processed differently! Interesting huh!) and as the article explains some "gluten intollerant" people in the USA are fine eating pizza and pasta in italy (i have also personally met people who can tolerate italian gluten). Very interesting again!
Yet more reasons to think outside the box, question what the docs tell us, choose organic and to cleanse!

In the U.S., the big wheat farmers spray the wheat with roundup several days before harvest. It supposedly improves the harvest yield by killing the plants, which loosens the seeds making them easier to knock off the stem. The wheat absorbs the glyphosate from the roundup, which kills the plant. Because of that, there is measurable amounts of glyphosate in the wheat grains that are harvested.
