By now most homeowners know what an ADU is. The concept has swept the country. They are a perfect example of the implementation of the long range plan outlined in Agenda 21 that concludes sustainability in housing globally for the masses will be more efficient if the masses are concentrated in large urban areas in maximum density housing. Rural areas wherein individual families can own large tracts of land are anathema to the globalist scheme. Sustainability of the water supply and food producing tracts of land and the environment cannot be trusted to the masses. Rural areas MUST be controlled by global corporations who are members of the World Monetary Fund headquartered in Davos who are committed to the Great Reset.
That's the deep motive behind this latest housing movement. It hasn't replaced the national policy of building low cost high density section 8 housing in areas zoned for single family housing but simply is an addition to the master plan. The virtue signalling carried on by the politicians that implement these schemes are a cover. The young liberally conditioned university educated planners in the thousands of municipal incorporated cities nationwide think they're doing a "good" thing. I have seen private property ownership very gradually, through massive regulation and taxes and zoning laws get virtually transferred to the STATE. POAs are another of the phenomena testifying to this movement.
I don't understand what forces have caused the incredible escalation of housing prices recently. I am certain that they are the same forces that influence the general trend of our national economy towards hyper inflation. Control of FED and lending policy. The result of this is that people under 40 who do not own real estate are priced out of the market entirely and are forced into becoming tenants. For obvious reasons a population who must rely on renting to have a place to live are inclined by necessity to seek urban housing. It's another factor in the gradual but steady move of the government in power to move people out of rural areas and into the mass population centres.
Since the socialist and global forces at work today have decided to try a slightly different approach to the old doctrine of owning the means of production, which is to work through global corporations that do their bidding, we will see in housing a trend towards the transfer of real estate holdings to holding companies of global conglomerates. A good example of this is Bill Gates, a functionary of the liberal establishment and a fan of Agenda 21, becoming the largest corporate farming land owner in the U.S.
