Hi all. It doesn't pay to listen to experts, go with your guts sometimes. I mention before, this plumber does not want me to call him anymore, when I received a nyc ecb violation. An expert and a archetect told me let the plumber file it. I had a feeling he won't do anything. He didn't know, I have dob $1500 civil penalty for class 1 violation. I still have to see the ecb board, which may give more fines.
Now I'm going back today to the architect to see what he can do. I want him to redo all the paper work even re-do the boiler and hot water heater, as long as the correction is being filed with DOB and ECB. If he ain't going to nothing for me and tells me again to wait for the plumber. I will have to go to someone else. I will tell the dob, I don't work with the plumber anymore. So I'll have a new people to do it.
