Preface: Ok, so I’ve heard. Government employees will get their computer access revoked for sending an email with a SSN on a regular NIPR or non-secure server, because that email will be flagged. Clearly, her network avoided the flagging process. I’m not sure when that flagging began, but clearly there are monitors in place, either software or actual personnel, to see when gov employees break protocol intentional or unintentional.

EVERY sensible American OR human that understands network security and the vulnerability of the information stored or transmitted within that network, if the network is not secure, knows HRC f’ed up and should be indicted for her “unintentional” non-compliance.

I remember during this past election, HRC and her cohorts suggested she didn’t or perhaps never attended any “mandatory training” about network security.

These are merely certificates of training she must submit to the IM officer {IMO} or network access personnel.

I tend to believe her IMO probably gave her a pass to the tune of, “well, she is the Secretary of State”...so, f it, she’ll do the training later. OR someone destroyed her certificates and deleted the entry within the database showing she completed it AT LEAST ONCE.

As the FLOTUS, she had to complete Operational Security training.

That completion of training will show she knew the protection of information was vital to national security.
