Are you a good observer?

No, I'm not talking about observing the sky but people! If you find yourself wondering about people's behavior or question yourself too much 'why they do that'; then maybe there are rooms for your to improve as an observer.

People around us are the most mysterious one. If you notice how they are behaving, what they are saying you can have a better idea about what they are thinking. There's no need to tell how this can help you improve your life. Not only you can protect yourself better from harm but also you can become a better helper.

It's necessary as a social being to understand what others are going through. But you may notice many times you don't pay attention to people around you. You miss helping the homeless next to you. And it's not actually about you, this is about all of us. We are not a good observer, we see but never notice. And that's why miss where we need to act.

Paying intentional attention around us is the best if you want to be a good observer. People's behavior, body image, words will give you a good understanding of why they are thinking that way, what they are living, how they are gonna behave. You will get your clue when and how to react and respond. Also, being mindful while talking can also help us a lot to have a better insight into others' life.
