The reason you are here is because your soul is committed to a journey of self discovery that allows it to evolve. The soul does not care if the lessons are easy, hard, joyful, painful, boring or exciting. The soul is all about experiencing without judgment. Are you observing or are you judging? Slow the mind down a little and see through the eyes of your soul.

I am all about self discovery and am glad that you are on the journey! I wish more people would take the time to think about things like you are.
However, judging things in and of itself isn't a bad thing. It helps us stay alive. What if you saw a "dangerous" situation but were unable to judge it as dangerous and got hurt as a result?
Experience alone is also pretty meaningless. If we can't judge them as good or bad then why have them at all? They'd just be experiences, they wouldn't bring any joy or excitement or even anger or depression. They'd be something to be taken for granted. We wouldn't be able to classify them as "easy, hard, joyful, painful, boring, or exciting".
I think what you're getting at is that more people need to be open minded to new experiences and judge them in a positive way instead of being closed off to new possibilities due to brainwashing.

Thank you ghoits. I really appreciate your comments. I have come to a place for me personally, where I feel discernment yes is very necessary. Judging I just feel comes usually from a lack of awareness of what others are experiencing and why.

Yes, I think the same way. Personally, I try to look at those moments as opportunities to help others to expand their own awareness. Too many people only take the negative feedback without giving any positive feedback to help others open their minds to other possibilities. Granted, it's not anyone's responsibility to help others but I find it frustrating that there are so many people that are brainwashed into their beliefs that I find it fun to see if I can get them to question those beliefs.
Also, I think you're a little to attached to idea of "judge" as a negative word. Don't forget that we can judge things in a positive light. The phrases, "You're an amazing person" and "You have great ideas" are also judgments but are very positive.
