Steeman is non the wiser about the new threat looming on Steem. As far as he can see, all systems look good. Steem price is up, content creating is up, curation is more equitable, transactions are up generally as is morale.
Still refreshed from the trip to the African continent, and with all the good news all round in cryptoland, all was good.
Sat at his station observing the transactions flowing through the blockchain, Steeman's visor picked up some interference in the room. Something was wrong! It was as though another "Steeman" entity was present, but of a negative quantity - much like matter and anti-matter.
Fudster, realising he's been discovered, materialised in 3D behind Steeman. He still has the element of surprise.
One swift punch to the jaw at 100% downvoting power sent Steeman temporarily negative, and unconscious.
"Hahahahahahahahahahahahahah! Got him! Now I have this space for the next 13 weeks while he powers down for repairs", Fudster thinks to himself. He now has all the time he needs to bring an end to this phoney bull run going on on the Steem platform and wreck the system once and for all.
He could infiltrate Hive and make it dead on arrival. He's already started corrupting the SMT code. It shouldn't take much to steer investors and businesses away from Steem.
Let the carnage begin!

Kinda scary, if you ask me. Are the comics a representation of the past, present or future? Perhaps this entire saga is more or less a representation of the volatility found in the markets. On that note, I do like the idea of several adversaries to STEEMan (unsure if I typed that correctly) similar to how the Justice League is a force of proponents for good met with a swath of sinister villians, the Legion of Doom, what have you. I look in from time to time, but I must say I really like the creative direction you're taking.

Fudster is the amalgamation of all the negative energy on the platform. Since he's compiled himself into a 3D entity, the morale has lifted, as has the price, due to positivity having an edge. It will all change imminently when Fudster starts with his shenanigans!
