Meditation

Interesting article, I have few years practicing Vajrayana Buddism. I think if you will organize the meditation method with a list of steps it will help a lot to our friends here to apply it, for example:

  • Meditation posture: cross legs, straight back, hands on thighs.
  • Lets thoughts pass without evaluation while your focus on the stream of air that comes and goes at the tip of our nose.
  • keep repeting the exerciese till you feel it natural and you are not fighting with your thoughts(if you start fighting with the thoughts is better to relax and stop meditation and then come back few minutes/hours later to try again)

Something like that... it will make easier for others to practice and receive more benefit from your posts.

Thanks for posting such a useful techniques

thanks for the same suggestion in the section How to meditate? there are the steps and in the video it is also explained. Maybe you gave me ideas to make a post about Buddhism

You could write about the tibetan schools of Buddhism, it is a really interesting topic.

wow it's a great idea, I'll do it. Thank you
