Mornings With Son CJ: My Precious Jewel

This morning, my son CJ made a noise and I was awake. The clock did not alarm and I was late in getting up. The rays of the sun made me twinge as it directly hit my eyes from the windows. I climb up from bed and walk my way to the kitchen to cook our breakfast. He yelled and I ran back to the room and checked what happen. As I peeped through the ajar door he giggled upon seeing me. Whew! that's one of his tricks when he wanted an attention... I came closer to him and asked him what he wants. He tossed and turned and giggle. I lift him from bed and we sat at the edge of the bed and gave him a back clapping which the doctor has told me to do first thing in the morning before feeding him. He already used to it and enjoyed the back clapping which also made him burp. Then I carried him to the bathroom to let him urinate (he's used to it as I trained him when he was four (4) months old). I carried him back to bed and fixed him then transferred him to the living room where I put up a bed on the floor so he can see us when mom and I are doing our daily chores. That's our daily routine before having breakfast.
