Do you feel like your content is being left out of the voting bonanza of #NewSteem?

I find it really interesting that this post exists.
For example, consider this post a market indicator.
The post is aimed at the "almost dis-enfranchised from posting" demographic with a message is that hope is out there.

Then you can read this post like it's talking about an actual ocean, because the insider steemian dialect is going to be foreign to plankton level content creators. I listen in the Tavern that is my steem-feed and I hear that the bidbots are "out there" and "doing things" and can tell that "staked" people have to manage public opinion about their voting practices...

I've started trying some flash fiction here, amongst what I'd spew on any social network. I like the notion of witnesses maintaining my work in perpetuity. The hardest part of curation for people in my target demographic is figuring out how the work should be #hashtag 'd most efficient/effectively.

I see tribes having to defend the integrity of their tags at some point, possibly playing out in downvote mechanics I don't grok at all.
